My 20 year-old son recently got a ticket for his taillight not working. After doing my own research, I thought that the offense came with a 3 point violation on his license. I called another law firm and was told it would be $350 to have them go to court on my son's behalf. When I called Mr. Kimbrel, he took the time to talk with me about the violation and looked up the citation and DDS points value. Come to find out, it's not an offense that is reported to DDS. He spent time with me that he wasn't being paid for. He is honest and wasn't trying to take advantage of our situation. I appreciate that in an attorney. If you need a traffic lawyer you should definitely give him a call.
