I am so annoyed with this firm. I wouldn't use them in the future to scrap gum off my shoe. From the beginning I have had to repeatedly call and email to get answers regarding my case. Often times my calls and emails are unanswered. When I hired My 25% Lawyer, I was told that I would receive continuous updates from my team and that I would have to contact them directly for any answers. I had to contact the insurance company directly just to obtain information regarding the claim (vehicle repairs). The attorney assigned to my case (Eden) scheduled a call with me 3 weeks ago and didn't even call. She has not responded to any of my emails or calls since that time. I hoped that this process wouldn't be so frustrating, but it seems that they are going above and beyond to draw out this process and avoid doing their job. My advice: spend the extra money and hire a competent and professional law firm for your case.
