Just want to say thank you and tell you about my positive experience. Crystal C is amazing I had a different case manager when I first started not saying the individual was bad just didn’t feel a sense of urgency and importance during the process. Crystal came on board and immediately took action and we are close to finishing the process and since she became my case manager she has been communicative and have went above and beyond to ensure that my case was handled thoroughly. I am confident that my case we be the outcome we are all looking for. Thank you.
