Don’t believe any of these 4 and 5 star reviews. I had to fire this firm for negligence and unprofessionalism, after hiring another lawyer I found out that this firm had been lying to me about a plethora of things involving my case and they didn’t collect all the necessary information from the doctors and my settlement amount was way less than it should have been. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this law firm. I fired them in January and settled my case last month and I’m still getting calls from the doctors and emergency room about visits that were obviously not on record or included in my demand package despite being told by representatives at this law firm that all of my bills had been recorded and included in my demand package. The new lawyer I got had to undo a number of mistakes made by this law firm and even with his due diligence my settlement amount was much lower than it should have been due to the ineffectiveness, negligence, and blatant lying by this firm. DONT HIRE THIS FIRM unless you want a smaller settlement amount and ppl representing you that don’t care about helping make you whole again after your accident. This is updated response is in regard to your reply to me. You’re welcome for the 3rd review. Just like you lied to me you’re lying in your reply to me to save face. Google actually didn’t remove anything I removed the second review myself because I had more to add to it which is why I wrote a 3rd review. And no I did not “come back” to your law firm for my second case, I hired your law firm for my first accident and got into another accident a month later so obviously I retained you all for the second case as the first case was still being handled by your firm. It wasn’t until I was lied to and misled numerous times later that year that I decided to fire you all. And since you want to hide behind your actions and depict me as a cyber bully I’ll continue to state facts. I wouldn’t be on here writing extra reviews if the doctors and emergency room staff from the first accident almost a year ago weren’t still calling me. I wouldn’t be on here writing extra reviews if the case that I so called hired you for was settled by now but it hasn’t and it has nothing to do with my new lawyer, like I stated earlier he’s having to undo all of your firms mistakes and I’m continuing to find out how your firm dropped the ball in certain areas. My second case hasn’t even been settled yet so how can you sit there and say yall did an excellent job? Yall just lie like that with no care about your reputation huh? Out of the 5 or 6 months I was your client I never spoke to a lawyer would you call that proper service? Is that your definition of satisfying a client. On top of all this my second case has had to be dealt with a certain way because of how bad of a job you all did on the first case, the amount of money my first case settled for was unsatisfactory as well and it was all because of your negligence as a law firm and a direct result of you all having a structure inside your firm that prevents clients from talking to their lawyers.

I’m extremely grateful for the level of service I received. I will definitely be using them again.
