I am so very disappointed with this firm, I had one of the worst attorneys I could ask for. I had to speak with a manager of my attorney and CC the attorney to get any response from my attorney, We had a workers comp case and I tell you the attorney did the least and I mean least possible. My attorney never had to wait on me, I was always ahead of him, the attorney's legal assistant was so rude and when I addressed it with my attorney, he told me and I quote, " Yes I have been told that a few times. " Now we did win, but very very little to what we should have received. Had a family friends dad go through workers comp and never had surgery, NEVER, he received a very and I mean very large amount, we had 2 surgeries and per the Doctor needed more and we received nothing, just believe me when I say nothing. I will NEVER ever use this firm again, I WILL NEVER recommend this firm and I will be advising ever one I know to never use this firm. This firm is all about the money, if they win, its a win, instead of winning and making sure that the client has been compensated for what has happened to them. NEVER USE THEM,

Very bad experience for me; one of John Foy's attorneys never returned my calls, didn't communicate there was a settlement offer (I found out after the fact from the business); and didn't even get the physical therapy paid for by the place of business I fell even get now owe $6K three years later - my best advice to anyone considering John Foy and Associates --> DON'T CALL THEM

My experience with this company was not good they hardly no communication unless I contacted them. When I spoke with finally after about 2 months they said they couldn't take my case witch was a waste of time because this could've have said in the very beginning my accident happened in February and here we are in July. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone.

Julie Dlott did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of the process of dealing with the insurance companies, the hospital, the various treatments, and projected outcomes. However, I continue to experience severe nerve pain on the right side of my neck and don’t feel as though I’ve been made whole. I did indeed agree to use this law firm and agreed to their terms at the insistence of my significant other. Please do your research on the law firm you desire to use first!
