My experience was very bad with Jeremy Hawkins. I was involved in a hit and run accident. Hit from behind which totaled out my vehicle. I assumed that I was going to get help to put my life back together from injuries medical, loss of transportation/ job but I didn't. Briefly I continously called to check status was told what insurance company (when I was paying for full coverage) said about me. I was told my car was repossessed when the insurance company has my car. I was told that because there weren't any cameras at the light/intersection and I didn't know who hit me there was no way to pursue. I was told that I should have paid my bills when i was informed that it would be included. After I did everything that was asked of me thinking I would get help. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. It was like the insurance company had the upper hand and I was getting strong armed. Now i have to start over building my credit to buy a new car find additional income to pay my medical expenses for which I was using my work benefits for. Stop medical treatment because of no transportation running out of funds to pay other bills because I have to pay others to get around now and still try to maintain living quarters especially for what I was taken through

I have been working with them since the ending of 2022 after a car accident. I have never had to sue anyone before but Brittany and Adam made this transition flow so I never really got stressed out. I would definitely use them again if I needed a lawyer.

John Foy and associates were great. They communicated well and were very diligent and thorough throughout the entire process. Though it took awhile if you’re patient, they will deliver. Cannot recommend them enough. Great job.

John Foy and associates is the worst law firm in the country. The attorneys don't return phone calls. KEN JONES needs to be terminated. Very Very unprofessional. He might as well not have any hands if he's not going to pick up his phone when he sits at a desk all day and hears it ring. I hope you lose every client case you come across!!!

Trip did a great job!

Everyone I spoke with was very professional. Attorney Bremmer kept me in the loop of the case being filed on my behalf. I felt they were being honest in what could or couldn't be done. They set up needed medical exams and physical therapy needed to assist in my recovery. I'm not from Georgia so I'm not familiar with laws and procedures here. I would recommend John Foy attorneys for legal assistance.
