JSYK if you use this “lawyer” For a personal injury car accident you will have to deal with the insurance ON YOUR OWN to get your car repaired, despite employing them to do that very thing. I asked Morgan and Morgan if this was the same with them, and they said absolutely not. I saw nothing special in terms of negotiation skills, I had a super simple, cut and dry case and they couldn’t even handle that. Once they take *your* money (For doing nothing) you are insignificant to them (Leah Hampton in my case) and they will ignore you.

I had Kayla as my attorney, She helped me through the roughest time, Social Security got Rude and Disrespectful with her as well as me, Social security lied to Kayla& told her she was Fired & No longer handled my case, that is the saddest thing I heard bc she has worked for me and with me since the beginning. So I called Social security to Report that Employee, I hope Kayla does to. That was a way for Social Security to Deny me on a lie. I will fight for my Disability. I wasn't asked to ve born Epileptic with Violent Seizures, not to be able to drive myself anymore. I give Kayla 5 out of 5 stars.

I've been working or running a business since the age of 14. Before then, I ran with a gang of grinders. Anything we could do to help anyone in need we did; collected bottles and cans, cut grass, wash cars, baby sit, and placed those annoying bills on your windshields. I never thought I'd live a day where earning a living would be taken away. A disabling medical condition forced me out of a career in which I was rapidly advancing. It's incurable, and rare, so I'm essentially the case study. After months of surgeries, therapy, medications, prayers and supplication, nothing worked to elevate the pain enough to return to work. I had to retire, using long term disability. With medical bills increasing, and the economy tanking, it became almost impossible to provide for my family. As a single father, giving up is not optional. My mom (RIH) and aunt advised me to apply for Social Security. According to all standards, I assumed I was over qualified to receive payments. I contributed to the program for such a time as this. All attempts were denied. I couldn't understand why. There's few jobs that'll allow narcotics on duty, numerous random pain a sleep breaks, or days off for pain, migraines, and not being able to see at night. There are several other issues, but I tried, and come to terms that SSDI was needed. I tried, but I needed help. My brother told me about John Foy and Associates. I thought they were just injury attorneys , but they didn't hesitate to go to work. I got to have a hearing with an ALJ. Talk about prepared! They knew almost every issue I was dealing with. It was like I was on the Truman Show. Everyone knew my story. My attorney representative was like a spokesperson selling my brand. I don't even remember telling them so much about me. I felt completed represented. At this point, I began to relax to the point of tears. I don't do tears at all. I felt relieved. It's almost to the degree that I don't care if I get it or not. I definitely need it, and rightfully deserve it, but win or lose, Ms. C was great. I should've mention the arthritis, but I forgot. Otherwise, I finally felt listened to. They listened more than the doctors that has me thousands of dollars in debt. Praying for approval. It should NOT be this difficult, but John Foy and Associates made it super easy. Thanks again.

The relationship started off great. However once I signed to receive my monies, I was not able to get in touch with Sharif Fulcher. I sent several emails, and attempted several calls. However, no response whatsoever. I don’t want to wait another day without a manger calling me.
