I hope doing this review, will help bc contacting laquinda nor ken Jones is not answering any of my calls or emails. My accident happen a year January 24, 2024. It says negotiation could go on at least 8 weeks. It's been almost 6 months. You can see that on my case status update. I also haven't got any communication within that time frame. Also they do not help you with treatment if you need to go to the doctor and you have no insurance. Hopefully this will get them to call me back.

Last minute I hired them and outcome was still good I know without them I would’ve been given less. Jennifer was amazing throughout my whole process and communication was top tier. Even when things got hard and I didn’t understand what was happening she ensured she was looking out for my best interest and I believe she did her best. I got back something pretty decent obviously who wouldn’t want more however I got more than I expected and very thankful for her and the team.
