Tracy with John Foy & Associates was very professional and showed concern from my initial consult to the completion of my case. Tracy or her assistant stayed in constant communication with me to udate me on my case. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone in need of legal assistance.

I think they are the worst firm out there, my husband and I had a bad experience with them. We contacted them after we had an accident. The procedure was very slow and very long. We were really discouraged by the slowness that the file was taking. Every 3, 4 months that we don't hear anything from them we call them, I had the impression that the file was closed in a drawer and they didn't work on it. And the end result was very mediocre. I do not recommend this office.

I don't know about any of the other associates but I wouldn't remend Jennifer Kerry to represent anyone for anything she doesn't email you back or return phone calls

Protected me during the time of need from a accident of a questionable individual who attempted to hit and run. Thank you. I also didn't have to communicate with other parties other than my lawyers. Which was nice.

Just got word that my case is probably too small for this law firm. Funny thing is, it took almost 4 months to finally come to this conclusion. I mentioned initially that I thought it may have been too small but nooooooo they insisted. After all, it’s just a small scar that I’ll have to deal with for the rest of my life right? I honestly don’t even think this guy tried. I remember emailing Mr. Foy because of the non responsiveness from the team that I was assigned. That’s probably what upset them and now I guess it’s payback time. Sad, I made the majority of the phone calls to get updates and all in all, it always gave “oh crap, let me figure out something to tell her right quick” vibes. The fast talking played out a long time ago. Now I’m waiting, after signing paperwork to be represented 3 months ago, for Jeremy Hawkins to tell me that my case is too small even though he could’ve just said that when I initially asked. Definitely a lead on and a waste of time. They obviously get paid to play with people. If your time is valuable, choose another law firm. Simple. I was told to wait a couple more weeks to get an answer……….. Here’s to waiting 2 more weeks to be told my case is too small, against a corporate conglomerate and their deficiencies! Hmmm!

Robin Love is the Lawyer, I highly recommend John Foy and Associates. But Robin is my girl and I thank her so much for getting me the amount that I deserve
