Attorney Andrew McPherson and his Legal Assistant Brittani Williams helped me out a lot. At first I was not going to use a Law Firm but I was referred to this firm. I was satisfied with the communication and them walking me through all the steps of the case. I was absolutely happy with my settlement and have already been referring other people to them for representation.

I want to personally say this company John Foy Associates, let me down in many ways. The settlement took longer than expected after being switched over from another company and was not what I was hoping for at all. The lawyer attorney Janelle Dennard got into multiple unprofessional discussions over the phone with me where our voices were raised, she did not answer the phone multiple times and she sent out a letter to my home saying I didn’t answer the phone when I would call back and leave voice messages. She also decided that it was in my best interest to not involve a person (Mother (who switched my case over to this company in the first place) that I wanted to be involved in my case. Lastly, she gave me advice to not to restart my therapy sessions as it would delay the process and restart the medical documentation but I still up till this day have issues with my lower back. I have never written a review, let alone a bad one, but this time I will have to as I have been extremely disappointed and exhausted from this case.
