The experience with Kevin and Daphne was excellent. The process was seamless and their professionalism and expertise was superb. I didn’t worry about anything. They suck led me on for years telling me we were going to win then say that they don't even have a file. I have the files from them.

Horrible experience with them. Legigation team said my case is not worth going to court. They only focus on larger settlement cases. They don't help out clients with Auto accident case that has minimum liability auto insurance policy. I waited 1 year and received $2,000

I would like to say that I would never hire John Foy & Associates ever again. After my car accident this was the first law firm that I contacted to represent me and my girlfriend. The lawyer that they had assigned to our case was horrible to me. Her communication with me was very bad. I was not kept up to date on my case properly at all. Alot of the questions I would ask her via email. I didn't get a response. She never kept me updated on what was actually going on with my case. But was persistent that I kept going to their doctors. I emailed and ask questions pertaining to my case. Especially sending me to all of these doctors and specialist, if I would be responsible for these medical bills if they didn't win my case. She never answered that. She wouldnt email me back unless I sent more than one. I submitted a complaint and was assured it would be looked into. Not only did I not get a new lawyer I get a letter in the mail stating "Termination of Representation" saying my case wasn't economically feasible to continue. The letter did not state what had happened in my case what went wrong or anything. I was left dumbfounded. And now I am getting bills in the mail for the doctors that they sent me to. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I would suggest you seek legal services elsewhere. The one thing I should have been made aware of upfront. Is the fact that I would have to pay all of these medical bills myself. Medical bills that I would not otherwise have until this law firm sent me there.

I hired this firm in 2022. My assigned lawyer got a settlement for me, but I am stilled awaiting a balanced . That was supposed to be held to pay for any additional fees owed to Medicare. I owe nothing more to Medicare I have reached out but never received a call back. I have all documents that was signed by me. They clearly stated those funds would be returned to me I have a copy of my checked that I received. I remember the lawyer name . Can someone reach out to me. Thank you. I have copied of this agreement also.
