I rated this place a 1 star because of all the problems and issues I had to deal with my attorney mr.Ken jones, he’s very unprofessional he takes way to much money and is hard to get in contact with when having questions or concerns. Throughout this long process I also learned a lot about people it’s just so sad how my daughter and I got into a bad accident and he got more money then we did at the end ! when all I did was trusted him throughout this whole process. if you do use John foy & associates just make sure Mr Ken jones is NOT YOUR ATTORNEY!

I would definitely recommend this law firm!! They handled my case really fast, each time I tried to contact them I was successful or they called me right back. Had a lawsuit against large corporate store lawsuit should’ve been worth at least $100,000. My lawyer Kevin McDonald did not fight for me at all refuse to go any higher. Large corporate store agreed that I fail hard after falling on a hanger in one of their stores he only sued for $25,000 after the suit was settled. I got 10,000 very unhappy the worst lawyer I’ve ever had. My body will be forever hurt. I have two fingers one on each hand that cannot be used and this is all I got not happy at all.

I was asked to remove my previous review and promised that I would receive documentation via email to sign to receive a che k from a case that is three years old, I will not reveal attorneys name at this point but I am not sure why these reviews from the past appear to be superb I do not believe half of these reviews unless these people had Johnny Cochran as their attorney. I am making calls to this almost daily and I have a full time job, calling them has become a job for me and honestly folks that’s unprofessional. I dealt with Ken Nugent before and I must say they did their jobs they always made contact with me and provided me with information and most of all they put me first, and that’s what really matters.

Got into an accident in February and the best thing to come out of it was getting into contact with Attorney Min Ji Park. Highly recommend her. She was able to assist me with all questions and concerns I had about getting my car fixed and receiving treatment for the accident. She was highly professional and friendly. I felt like I was her number one priority!

Jason Lanahan was absolutely a beast, as soon as I started my case he assured me I would win. The case was against workers comp not treating me like a human. But in the end less than a year later if not a year and he won my case thanks great firm
