Ken Jones handled my case and he was exceptional while handling my case. One thing I like about him is his ability to explain details about how processes would work and timelines too. He also has a very good sense of humor, I sometimes forget he is an attorney. I never met him but when he calls me with updates, he relates like we are childhood buddies.

Thursday (1/26) I filled out the paperwork sent to have representation... Today (1/30) I finally hear back from a paralegal named Nicole who was really rude... -First she asked me to explain what happened, while trying to explain she cut me off saying that she didn't need to know the explanation and to wait to speak with Seth (the lawyer) *if he takes my case -I then explained why I called which she compared to some other people as to say what I called for wasn't a big deal Hopefully if you don't get Nicole if you call ...because of her I don't have representation from Foy.
