Refused to help me with my case where insurance denied the claim then proceeded to tell me that my vehicle also did not qualify for a diminished value case because it had 14,000 miles on it.

Worst lawyers took advantage of my situation just to come up on there own they took bout 50% left me with about 6% after a whole year hurting without a job.

To say that they went above the Call of Duty would not even be enough to describe the support and care they gave to me after my fall. I had called other attorneys based on commercials and promises made in advertisements and not one of those attorneys cared enough to not only listen to my incident but to help. One previous attorney told me since I had not broken anything majorly and I was still alive there was no potential case for me, how does that make a person feel, I stop looking for attorneys. I felt my only option was to handle it myself and contacted the property managers insurance company and file the complaint myself and almost made the biggest mistake. The insurance company did not handle me with any kind of care and wanted to record me without making any sense of the matter but I would not agree to being recorded and that made me try once again to find an attorney to know what my rights were and came directly to John Foy and they not only said what they said, they did what they said for me and my end results was that I WON. Attorney Hampton and Taylor handled not only the insurance company but the doctors and all the bills until we got a win in my settlement. I am so grateful for these 2 ladies because I would not have gotten this far without them on my side. They was always available always clear and always there to hold my hand and help me through this situation. If you need a attorney and you don't call this office you may miss out on the biggest win of your life.
