I wish I could have had a better experience. Was referred by a friend who had the best experience with John Foy & Associate. I thought okay sounds good. I was just going to settle and be done with this car accident I was in but if they can get me a better settlement okay. Sadly it was the worse decision. John Foy & Associate cut was more than mine as a chunk of mine went to a Therapy place they referred that was ridiculously costly, that's not even including the rest of my medical expenses which will end up using the rest of my remaining balance of the payout that Im supposed to get that will not be enough. My coworker was right they don't care what the ending settlement will be as long as their cut is taken care of. Total waste of money and time .I was passed around, documents were "misplaced " , phone tag and run around.
