I’ll admit the mistake was me calling/hiring these people. JF & Associates is an assembly line of mediocre lawyers. They’ll do just enough to get you something, so they can take their 40% off the top. Aside from having to stay on top of the attorney to make sure things were getting done. I almost gave thousands away in medical bills for services that were never rendered. The attorney Rado’s response was simply oh “we” have to pay them. BS! The attorney made minimal effort to correct the fraudulent charges, sent emails for weeks. I made 2 phone calls in 48hrs and had the fraudulent charges removed myself! Worse part the attorney didn’t even include my ER bills in the case so I now have collection charges from the hospital on my credit! I’m worse off than when I started with them. Certainly not worth the money or pain in the ***. Hire a real law firm with real trial attorneys. And always demand to see what the docs are charging you and what they’re charging you for.
