My case was handled professionally, and everything was handled in a timely matter considering we were all dealing with COVID-19 during this ordeal. My only negative if you will would be that I always had to be the one to make contact first, until towards the end of the case, which could have been still due to COVID. Towards the end that was not the case. I would absolutely use again, and recommend to family and friends.
