I went on Google and saw good reviews for a particular attorney. I told him up front of my apprehensions and only choosing him because of the reviews. Against being advised to not pick a big law firm, I tried out John Foy and Associates. This was by far the worst experience ever. My wife and I were given the run around, The attorney was saying that he was doing things and then 1 month later he would say the exact same things. After almost a solid year, we found out that no negotiations had taken place and that the other insurance company pretty much controlled everything.Upset and tired, we just said we wanted the case to be over. We had to pay 34 percent for absolutely nothing. I would NEVER recommend Mr. Alexander for anything. ANYTHING. Through the process, I was talked to like I sue people all of the time. Like I should understand the terminology and procedures of how this should go. After asking for explanations, it sounded as if I was inconveniencing the attorney. We were just not happy and I know this won't come as a surprise to him.

The services I experienced with John foy and associates was amazing . Anytime I had a a question it was answers fast & they always kept in contact with me. They didn’t give me any false hope, they were always 100% honest at all Times . And Mrs. Tallman was an amazing lawyer and I would recommend her and this company to everyone I know.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! My mother picked this firm after I got into my accident 7/19/2019 maybe September. Mind you you have to hound them down to get responses, send multiple emails call hundreds of times, just to end up talking to someone new everytime you get in contact. Rachel was speaking with my mother about my case as I wasn’t even living with her to get confirmation that I was in therapy. Later in February close March of 2020 I believe crystal started to be the one to keep me updated barely! But shares that news with me as my car has been totaled I never had the transportation to get to therapy considering personal situations. I talked with them for 9months rarely but hey for in the end to only get $243. I waited that long after having a totaled car almost a year to receive absolutely nothing! Then the last person I spoke with Julie very kind but couldn’t help me on what had even been going on . After previously I was being lied to and they told me they sent a request for my doctors visit which was never asked for until I called my doctor to get them in February. If I knew I was going to end up with nothing to not even help with how drastically my financial situation changed from not having a vehicle, I would’ve surely picked someone else who could’ve apparently did more, been more reliable. After I was chasing for my case I felt I was doing more work then my attorney ever was. Hate I didn’t get the great experience some had!

In January 2020, I was involved in a car accident. I attempted to speak with GEICO (the car insurance company of the other driver), but was getting nowhere.
