Service was quick and every one who i spoke to acted in a professional manner.

Honestly I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone. My attorney was George french. Every time I call he's never in the office or not picking up calls I was told he was I'm his office but just not anwsanswe calls by the front desk. When we spoked at 10 am he promised to call me back giving an update on my case time passed around to 5 pm and I call only to find out he has left the office for today !!! I have been given the run around. And I'm highly upset with his unpleasant doings towards my case.

My attorney Aaron Michelman was very helpful to me and I thank God I had him on my case. My attorney kept me informed and worked hard to help me. I had several previous attorneys on my case, but when Aaron was assigned to me he gave great legal advice and honestly truly fought for me. I would definitely recommend him and the firm again.

Well im a unhappy client thats represented by whoever they tell me.. I've gotten into debates about how much money I should recieve back.. No show of demand letters.. I've called over and over again. No one returns my calls. Nothing but lies and disrespect..

Is there actually a Mr. Foy? We left messages for him and still no reply. Isn't this firm supposed to be on our side? They are making money off of our misfortion? Sure don't seem so. Our attorney actually hung up on my husband because he wanted the first settlement offer to be higher than what the attorney submitted. I can't wait for all of this to be over so I can write my final review. Can I have another attorney and assistant? Kim Wichalonis has all good reviews.

I worked with attorney Rado and agent Cara Washington. The both of these guys worked hard on getting my case resolved in a timely manner. I realize Attorn-eys are a special group of people trained and controlled ultimately by the British Crown as esquires. They are members of a private BAR and they often engage in a unique type of ethics and legalese originally developed by a unique branch of hybridized humans whose main emotional component is a type of low grade sociopathy. That’s why we the people should never be surprised at their unpredictable and situational ethically-lacking-behavior. They are, however, not the scum of the earth, they just do their bidding and take their orders from these hidden draconian scum(those that control the BAR). So in response I bid farewell to foy and company: I just want to say thanks for dropping me a few weeks before my hearing. I can truly say that there is truly no other profession where many of the persons employed routinely engage in a particular type of ethically and reliably deficient conduct that continues to reach malodorous milestones in excremental lows. Which are fueled, not by a sense of innate moral purpose, but by the financial magnitude of potential monetary outcomes divided by the least possible expenditure of intellectual and physical energy.. just wow.

I found myself injured in a car accident ,and when I was coming home from the hospital the realization of the impact of what my injuries would prevent me from doing. I'm a single mom and there I was alone and had noone. Honestly I have no idea how I got their number, I really was still coming to terms with I couldn't take care of myself or daughter and needed help. I remember talking to an agent that took my information whom was kind and patient. I honestly was not very cordial. When I first talked to them,being a single mom with noone, the accident still had me frozen like I was still there. They assigned Ms.Wichalonis to my case. At the time of the wreck I really was going through a crisi kos of my own. My agent was not only patient in me about the case, she also took time out to listen to my personal crisis at home and offered support. Im thankful for the associates who work at Jon Foy . I feel very grateful because I wouldn't have had anyone else . Thank you and bless you because never once when I was impatient, short, and sometimes maybe not in a good mood, not once was I felt unimportant. Thank you Kim .
