I get a lil sumpin and they get A WHOLE BUNCH OF my INJURY $$$$.$$( not cool) I was hurt really bad. Could've died. Ummm

The person who I spoke with persuaded me to lie about suffering an injury in order to have my vehicle fixed. She told me that the attorneys office would fix my vehicle prior to the case and that I should say I'm hurt or no one in Georgia would represent me. I then decided to move forward with the company because I needed my car fixed . The communication between my attorney and his assistant was very poor. When I went to sit down with my attorney dominic he knew nothing about my case or rather very little . Once they realized they couldn't make money off of me having an "injury" they dropped my case and have been avoiding my emails. I need them to send documentation to the insurance company proving that they are no longer representing me but am now having the hardest time getting a hold of them. Had I have had a big injury case on my hands they probably would have treated me like gold .

Things started off great. They were all on top of things. Then I noticed contact stopped and when I reached out, I was told my case was never assigned to an attorney. Once I got an attorney and provided all needed information, I was told I would be receiving biweekly follow ups until my case was settled. I NEVER hear from my attorney unless I reach out (usually via email) and he seems aggravated when I do, as if me following up once or twice a month is a bother to him. Its been close to a month since our last contact. :( Oh yea, this case has been going on for close to a year now. I'm very patient but do not appreciate the lack of communication. Update: 100% positive my case was forgotten about. I called and spoke to a supervisor and my case was settled a week later (go figure). Not to mention the case was settled for $20,000 less than the estimated settlement provided by my attorney when my case was taken. My lawyer notified that I would be receiving payment no later than today. And guess what? Haven't heard from him! This company is a joke!!!! Please do not waste your time! Very unprofessional! My lawyer was George French.

This firm was less than professional in my case. Attorney Nica Talman handled my case very poorly. Even made a complaint about Attorney Gerber who was supposed to handle my workman's comp case and they dropped the ball on that as well. I will NEVER refer anyone to this firm for any reason. They try to avoid talking to the client, don't keep you informed about the case & lowball your settlement. Don't be fooled by the tv commercials!!!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend John Foy and associates to anyone. Nica Tallman is my attorney and she is awesome. If you don't understand something they will explain it so that you can. Hopefully I won't have another accident but if I ever do then John Foy and associates will be the one that I call.

I was in a very bad HEAD ON COLLISION back in AUGUST.I suffered a crushed right foot,my left foot was broken in three place as well as muliple contusions and frratures.I called John Foy and they sent someone immediately to my home.Because with the extent of my injuries I couldnt drive and my car was total.They had great professionalism and got on my case immediately.My Paralegal was Ms.Keresa Taylor when i tell you this woman was GREAT.SHE WAS GREAT!!ANY QUESTIONS I HAD,ANYTHING I DIDNT UNDERSTAND,OR IF I JUST NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CASE.Keresa was wonderful and informative.Keresa called and checked on me.Keresa kept me abrupt of my settlement offers and so forth.Keresa Taylor my Paralegal and my attorney Mr.Johnson were more than what i expected.Attorneys are usually so impersonal i thought but not at John Foy.Even Mr.Foy himself made sure i received my check accurately and I am so thankful to there team.Keresa you were the light at the end of my tunnel.Thank you soooo much.I would recommend them to anyone that has been in a accident because they truly are the Strong Arm.Against the insurance company and helping you in and during such a stressful time.
