My case isn’t closed yet, but I wish it was. My25 has the sloppiest, laziest, most unprofessional people i’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My attorney Eden J. has returned not one of my outgoing calls. She was assigned to me in March, and as of mid-August I have only spoken with her on the phone twice. At two different points in time, I called multiple times a day every day for roughly two weeks straight, left voicemails after every 3 days or so as per her voicemail, and she never picked up or returned a phone call once. I ended up having to go through another avenue and her supervisor to actually receive a call. She was faster replying with emails, until I decided I wanted to close out my claim. She has since ignored that email and my follow up email. If you have any trouble, good luck, because customer care doesn’t answer their phones or return calls either. It’s worth the extra money with other law firms, I promise. At least you’ll receive proper communication and a higher offer. This level of conduct would be shameful for any business, but especially a law firm. I’ve honestly experienced more professionalism and better service at a McDonald’s drive-thru.
