There communication is horrible. I got started with them December of 2023 and finished July 2024 through that time I’ve had to call them for all the updates for my case. They never called me to inform that my case manager had changed. I would leave my case manager voicemails and get no call back I would have to call the customer care just to get updates on my case. They never informed me that my check had already been written and had me wait 3 extra weeks after it already been written to pick it up. When I called asking about it within them 3 weeks they kept saying that it haven’t came yet. So just know when dealing with them, their communication is horrible.

They don’t communicate with me whatsoever, i have had to handle everything myself from the jump. I wish i never went with them, and they assigned me the worst case manager Charmel, she claimed her laptop was not working for two weeks and stopped communicating!

I’m a current client and I am becoming uneasy about this entire situation. I was in an accident back in September 2023 and I completed treatments MONTHS ago. At first, my initial case manager was FANTASTIC (that’s the only reason for the 2 stars) but I am extremely disappointed because from April 22nd through June 4th, I didn’t hear from anyone. Finally I spoke to my new case manager once on June 4th but since then, I haven’t heard anything. I don’t want to be that disgruntled customer/client but I’ve emailed and called and no one has responded. The phone won’t even allow me to leave a message, it just rings for a long time then hangs up automatically or maybe someone else is doing it, I’m not sure. It’s a bit frustrating because I know several people who were injured in accidents after me and they’ve already settled after negotiations and excellent communication. I don’t mind the length of this process but I would like to be kept in the loop with updates like my previous case manager was doing. Hopefully..there’s a light at the end of the tunnel but this whole thing is proving to be such a nightmare.
