Let me start by saying Thank you to my 25% lawyer for stepping in and handling my case so efficiently and professionally. I am so amazed with the entire experience. I was referred by a friend of the family after an accident because I had no idea who to call being as though my last accident was at 16 years old. I am so glad that I was connected with them. I know I can be difficult and a little impatient, but no matter how many times I called I was always greeted with pleasant voices and I actually felt like my case mattered and was reassured to trust the process. So far not so good. I’m holding on to faith that things will soon change. It’s the lack of communication for me. I have to send text messages/ calls several times before Eva would even acknowledge my concerns. It has been a times I had to call her just so she can answer my questions or give an update. But again I have faith that her lack of communication with me is a reflection of the entire firm.
