Here is the facts of Weissman Law they double/wrongly charged me and above all that Attorney, Monica Forsland in denial of the error. Even an illiterate person will understand the error and I am surprised an Attorney is unable to understand an simple email "it's a shame" This is the letter from HOA to Attorney. Thank you for your email. This closing letter was ordered on 04/23/18 and completed and returned on 04/27/18. We are required by statute to provide a payoff within five business days of the request. Additionally, we were under contract until 04/30/18 and per the management contract we are responsible to provide the payoff information. The closing date we were provided was 05/07/18 and the payoff we provided would good through 05/10/18. We provided this document as we were legally and contractually bound to do so. Had we not complied we would have been in breach of our contract as well as, in noncompliance which could have resulted in a loss to the association which we would in turn be liable for. Receptionist was rude and put me on hold because I couldn't answer her question in 5 seconds. Came back on and I told her what she needed which was to speak to a live person with a time sensitive issue and without saying anything else she transferred me to a voicemail. Great job!
