I had an accident a year ago and I called them right away. Initially the paralegal I had assigned to me was friendly but did not follow up as much and had poor communication.
I was the assigned to Clarissa . She took over immediately and got right on track with things she kept her word, followed up and communicated effectively . I am so glad and grateful for her help.
I did not get the amount I feel lime I should’ve gotten, however her service was great and again communication top tier

I can't say enough about the professional and timely service I received at this law office. My adjuster Alexis always returned my texts and calls same/next day. The staff clearly communicates well and gets things done! Attorney Dixon was recommended by a friend. I was told he would call me in a few days to get started and he did, even on a Sunday to get my case going. Latoya was also helpful with my final close out details! Can't say enough of this great staff!
