I highly recommend Johnny Phillips! He is an excellent and helpful attorney! He is a compassionate person, and will help you every step of the way with your case. The office staff is all wonderful as well.

This is by far the worst law firm in GA. You will have no control of your case, you will be lied to and it will drag on. An easy $25,000 payout turned into $3,000. all due to the poor customer service and lack of responsibility for their clients. DO NOT USE!!

Didn't read these reviews before signing my contract this morning, but hopefully I'll have a better experience! Suffered a very bad leg/ankle break 9 weeks ago, and just this morning had my insurance claim denied with the homeowners insurance company! Vanessa has so far been very helpful, and hopefully I will have a smooth experience as the process of Mr Phillips fighting on my behalf unfolds! Updates to follow as the process progresses!

I was pressured to change my review!! Which I should have stand my ground and left my comment!!! This law firm is the most horrible law firm I ever saw... I wrote a post about being unhappy and mr Phillip got in touch with me only because of my review that I wrote... I changed it and it went back to square one!!! After all the months of lies and no lack of communication I emailed mr Phillip he got mad because I was asking about my case and in the middle of the case he decides to send me my papers and. Drop my case a WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!

I had been laying in bed for two weeks and was in a great deal of pain when I hired this law firm. If I had been in better shape I would have read the reviews and been more knowledgeable before hiring someone to represent me. In seven months no one ever actually talked to me about my case, or gave me updates, or a game plan. I was assigned a case manager who only ever told me to "Just keep going to treatment." I'm not doing back surgery now, but what if I need it later? I'm 40, I'll be dealing with herniated discs for the rest of my life. I want to know I've got a lawyer that's going to help make sure I'm going to be okay. If you want a lawyer that will offer good client service and sound legal advice, keep looking!!! Don't sign up here.

Know one at this office communicate with you all I get is answering machine they say mrs. Lisa working on my case and she will contact you. I call Lisa every week she suppose to call in 72 hours no call yet I'm still talking to answering machine like every other wk it been two and half years waiting on my settlement. Now mr. Sam said call back next week and they should have my deduction figure out.🤔update Mr Sam call me back and gave me more information about my settlement thanks for him he a great asset to company I want to thank him for reaching out to me D.Sampson

Staff was not forth coming with knowledge or information. Not effective communicator and poor follow up. Lies and refuses to answer phone calls and messages. Sad experience

Johnny Phillips is a horrible place to let handle your case. I was involved in a accident 8 months ago and this law office handled my case. Fast forward to today and the north side hospital is calling me saying I have an outstanding bill that should have been paid by this law office. The hospital calls Johnny Phillips office and the person he spoke wit said that I stated I would pay the bill out of pocket, that is a lie. Now I am stuck with a $3000 bill.
