Don’t know about Johnny Phillips directly because I never spoke to him. My “case worker” lied to me several times. When I asked his supervisor for a different contact at the firm I was not given one. I didn’t feel heard or cared about the entire process. The money was the money. I wasn’t getting anything more than what I got. It was the lack of attention and concern for my actual injury that really bothered me. The lies just amplified the problem. Definitely felt like just another number. I had a horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone I knew. Im sure they helped some people and hate to be negative but I REALLY had a bad experience dealing with them and that stress was an unneeded and unwanted outcome after the accident I was in. Never again.

Alyssa did an awesome job guiding us through our issues. Having her on our side saved us a ton of frustration and money throughout the process. Highly recommended!!!
