I was hurt at work. I hired John Foy and associates to help me with this. It’s been the worst experience ever and I still have to resolve. To save embarrassment I won’t name the 2 attorneys who were signed to me. I had one attorney for 2 months, then I was transferred to another. Without even doing any investigating they expected I was going to immediately settle. They misplaced all the paperwork I spent hours competing for them, good thing I kept copies. The new attorney and his assistant asked me several times for paperwork I already completed multiple times. When I questioned their competency the attorney withdrew and told me I was released to find someone else. They have now wasted 4 months of my time and I have to start over and find a new attorney. Poor communication and substandard customer service. I’m still waiting for my official release paperwork so I can move on.
