The experience was wonderful, they took care of me and my needs, making sure I was well and getting the treatment I deserve. They kept me up to date with everything as the process procided.

Communication throughout the entire process was not good (my Case Status app chat log is proof) and a perfect example is that I asked my lawyers (Ken Jones and Laquinda Elijah) to let me know when the check was ready to be picked up and I would get it at the office. Not only did no one tell me they received the check, but they mailed it out 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I asked to not mail it because everyone in GA knows our mail system is not the best. No one has called or helped me with this situation or responded back in my chat. Finally spoke with a manager and they were super helpful.
