Ask for Ms Williams she’s great at what she does!

I used this lawfirm back in 2007. I was rear ended with both of my small children in the car. I my daughter was 3 my son was 6. My car was totaled. Back windshield broke on impact, glass cut up my sons arm. My chest hit the steering wheel and when I flew back it pushed my seat all the way back crushing my daughters legs. (She was in car seat behind me) after the pickup truck (pulling a trailer with lawn mowers and other lawn equipment)rear ended us we skidded across the road hitting the ditch with the front end of my car. (In a little dodge neon) I called john foy, they sent me and my two small children to a chiropractor. We went to every appointment. Missing work, being in pain, having to pay for a rental car. Still having to make payments for a car that was totaled... Calling the office of john foy was the worst. Every single person I spoke to on the phone when able to get someone to talk to was rude and unprofessional. Then was told to just go ahead and sign the settlement so I wouldn't have to make payments on the car anymore. Months and many calls later, they told me I had to get a letter from my kids father (who lives in a different state) stating that I have full custody of my children... I found this really odd... so after doing that I finally got a settlement. Which was pretty much nothing. I received 3 settlements 🤔 one for me I think was 1200. One for my son I think was 600 and one for 400 for my daughter.... which they took 33% out of each settlement and left me owing $5,000 on a totalled car. They also charge for all of their so called communication being printed out! I know it's been a long time since this happened but to this day I still have back pain from this accident and thinking about it still makes me upset. Seeing all the reviews from people that had the same experience and getting responses pretty much calling the clients liars upsets me . Maybe my mistake was telling them this was my first accident. Maybe that's why I got strong armed right in the behind... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM!

They did such an amazing job with our case, I would definitely recommend John Foy and associates, never had a problem with communication and there were always on top of everything that was going on with my parents case.

Please please if you can go somewhere else they will not fully give u the care u needed and will really play you out your money
