He likes to switch cases between his own associates when he doesn't have enough $ involved and takes over half of the settlement and doesn't care about the people who they are representing so whatever you do DON'T USE JOHN FOY he's not the strong arm he's a week arm

I AM SOOO PISSED OFF WITH MY ATTORNEY/PARALEGAL!!!!! I GOT INJURED 4/28 and 5/16. I actually called for consultation to see my options as far as was my issue worth having an attorney. So I hired Jason Lanahan/Brandy Williams. Jason did an excellent job with my son’s case 3yrs ago. Anyway, I was told to stay home after the 2nd injury because I couldn’t fulfill the job description for light duty. I DID NOT RECEIVE NOT ONE PAYCHECK. IM NOTIFYING THE ATTORNEYS. JASON BARELY REPLIED TO MY EMAILS IT WAS BRANDY! She kept responding to me stating if I had documentation of me being sent home to send it to her. I didn’t get anything from my job. That’s where I expected them to handle that part to ensure that I would receive my money weekly. I called and left voicemails on both phones I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! She emailed me wanting me to contact my job to get documents from them. WHAT ARE YOU GETTING PAID FOR??? If I have to call my job then I don’t need to be represented. So at this point 7/10/24 I finally sent them a IMMEDIATE LETTER TO TERMINATE!!! I’m so upset it made me physically sick
