They are the best.I was having a hard time getting the guy and his insurance to pay to get my car fixed.Ii called John Foy and was told yes we can take your case.They kept in touch and let me know what was going on good or bad but at the end of it all.I came out a very happy and satisfied customer.Thanks

Attorney Kirk Bremer is the absolute best!!! He was more than kind and on the ball from day 1 getting everything in order to proceed with building the case after my car accident. He communicated with both me and my mom about each step, what was needed, and updated us frequently on the case, so we never had to call him or wonder what was happening with the status of the case. WORDS ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR ME TO EPLAIN HOW AWESOME OUR ATTORNEY KIRK, FROM JOHN FOY , IS...! MY DAUGHTERS CAR WAS HIT FROM THE BACK BY A 16 yo KID AS SHE WAS HEADING FROM WORK TO ATTEND THE XMAS PARTY. AT THE TIME WE HAD ONLY BEEN IN THE ALPHARETTA/ROSWELL AREA 6mo. EVEN THO SHE IS 22 I AM ALWAYS NERVOUS WHEN SHE DRIVES HERE, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. I GOT THE CALL FROM HER & SHE WAS CRYING.." MOMMY SOMEONE HIT ME". OFC MY NERVES WERE SHOT( she is an only child) BUT I HAD TO KEEP HER CALM. SO HAPPEN ANOTHER ACCIDENT WAS ON THE SAME HWY .... AS THE POLICE APPROACHED HER SHE WAS HYSTERICALLY CRYING & SO I SPOKE W HIM. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING & EVEN SAID THE BUMPER OF THE CAR WAS HANGING OFF SO HE WOULD TAKE IT & PUT IT IN THE CAR. AND LET ME KNOW SHE WAS NOT AT FAULT. THEY HAD REACHED THE YOUNG MANS FATHER, WHO ACTUALLY ARRIVED AS I WAS SPEAKING W THE OFFICER. DURING THIS TIME I HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD MY 2nd TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT WITHIN 6 WEEKS, SO I TOLD MY DAUGHTER TO GO TO THE E.R. WHICH IS WHAT THE OFFICER EXPLAINED TO ME. "BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY" .. THE RESULTS WERE..SOME THINGS WERE FOUND FROM THE CT SCAN WHICH WERE OF CONCERN. AFTERWARDS I REACHED OUT TO 1 or 2 ATTORNEYS.. AND AFTERWARDS IT WAS APPROXIMATELY 10 DIFFERENT ATTORNEYS CALLING ME. THIS WAS SO OVERWHELMING! ESPECIALLY WHEN EACH WAS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHICH ATTORNEYS ID SPOKEN WITH. IT WAS SO OVERWHELMING, I DECIDED IM GOING TO CONTACT JOHN FOY BECAUSE WE ARE FAMILIAR W THE NAME FROM HOME. AFTER REACHING OUT ... SOMEONE CONTACTED US & GATHERED ALL INFORMATION. SHORTLY AFTERWARDS WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM " OUR GUARDIAN ANGEL KIRK" AFTER SPEAKING W HIM I WAS CONFLICTED. YOU HEAR SO MANY STORIES THAT FINDING THE TRUTH IS NOT EASY....BUT KIRK WAS/IS SO AMAZING & SO TRANSPARENT. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING! AND HE MADE SURE ALL OF MY DAUGHTERS APPOINTMENTS WERE CONVIENTLY SCHEDULED AFTER SHE RETURNED TO WORK. I MUST ADMITT I THOUGHT ALL THOSE ACCIDENT ATTORNEYS COMMERCIALS WERE A SCAM....BUT I CAN ATTEST FOR KIRK( attorney w John foy) HE IS NO SCAM!KIRK GIVES IT TO YOU STRAIGHT!. THE MAN KNOWS HIS STUFF. My name is Rico Coffey and June 29, 2023 at 10:30pm is the day that changed my life forever. I was in a really bad car accident and as a result of the accident caused me to be out of work about eight months.
