No reply on email Not satisfied answer in call She need to improve her system

I really have all my hopes on her lawyer’s and stuff. am very sorry and disappointed. On my immigration case. They didn’t even give me in out date on my case I pay them to get a police report so that I didn’t have to do it my self. And when I talk to the layer that Lucy assigned to the task She told me she couldn’t do it because she was in a private investigator. Nevertheless they will took my money for it.

We have always had a great experience with Ms Lucy Lu and her team. It’s always smooth and easy. Keep up the great work.

We are not recommending Ms Lu's service and here is the reason why. Ms Lu was recommended by one of our friends. We worked with her on our marriage based green card case. During filing, they got my husband's father name wrong and didn't change it until we mentioned it until the 3rd time. Since our case had some issue with government and it's not an easy case. The case has been extensive delayed for more than 2 years before our actual interview happened. We asked for her help about checking with USCIS several times, but after following up with USCIS "once". She simply told us to pay more to file a lawsuit with USCIS. However, that was not recommended by the other lawyer since we got some complicated issue involved. Eventually we had to contact USCIS on our own and felt hopeless. After we finally received our interview notice, she immediately asked us to pay her another fee in one week or she would terminate her service. We asked how she could help with our case twice before paying her and she never responded, so it forced us to find another lawyer for help and represent in interview with us. This has been a very awkward experience. We were very disappointed and felt like we paid for someone that didn't care about our case at all.

She would always say "YES I CAN, AND HAVE DONE MANY". I regret that i hired her with free consultation. I wasn't qualified for HI-B in spite having Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and studied here in USA. The actual law was that I needed to have a Master Degree to be qualified for H1-B. She didn't guided me on timely manner and I became illegal after 6 years being legal. I and my family are suffering hardship because of her. I will curse her till the last breath of my life. I don't know where to file a complaint against her to the law authority.

over the past 10 years, my wife and I had all our immigration cases through Lucy. Back to 2007, when all EB categories ALL opened for 1 month window. No lawyer wanted to accept my wife's NIW (National Interest Waiver) case because her background were so weak and all attorneys wanted the easy money at that time. I talked to Lucy, and she kindly took our case. Within 20 days, she got the application done and submitted. 5 months later, a Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS Texas Service Center, Officer 100!!! We were so worried because we did not have much confidence with such weak case. Lucy came up with a response letter with very strong arguments. Guess what?! We were approved for our NIW case! After that, several of my friends got very positive result from her service, including a mission-impossible EB-2 case from mainland China directly. It took 4 years, but very smoothly. Based on my personal experience, I wish I could give 6-stars since she also answered my questions about other legal issues. She went extra miles to help me in many ways.

Lucy was very straight forward and fast in order of helping me to obtaining the visa I required in to work in the US. Her excellent Knowledge of the law and understanding of my information along with the profile of the person needed for the company she was able to precisely set everything up correctly in a very professional and in a timely manner and successfully obtained the visa required. Thank you!!!

I wish I did more research before considering this attorney. Lucy failed to submit documents in a timely manner that negatively impacted my immigration status. My case was not handled with care and I ended up wasting a lot of time and money on something that should not have been this expensive.
