I’m very disappointed. Me and my kids got into a car accident and was told these people were the best people to call . I was told wrong !! It’s been 3 years since the car accident happen . I have not received any updates on my case , my case worker doesn’t even call me to inform on anything. It’s like if I don’t take the time every week to call they WILL NOT CALL! I just find it very frustrating and annoying how it’s been 3 years later and nobody know what’s going on with my case. I was told it takes 3 years for them to decide if they are going to pay me or not … well it’s been 3 years and still no help no answer. Please don’t waste your time with these people.. because they definitely been wasting my time!! 0 star

Pues yo muy conforme con la firma, pero en especial con con Alex Rocha desde que ella se hizo cargo de darle seguimiento al caso del accidente en el que estuvo mi hija se obtuvieron mejores resultados, el caso lleva ya casi 4 años y las asistentes anteriores la verdad mucho que desear…
