Back in December 2022 , I had my car rear ended by a commercial vehicle that damaged the whole entire back of my car. This company specifically Katya Lopez and Brittany Lenoch did such an amazing job taking over my case from December til now the case has been closed and claimed my checks. So, this car ran over my ankle, and when I called Badar Scott, Jackie was so polite, and very flexible, to work with. She really understood and cared about what I had going on and she made everything clear on what I have rights about and what they will do for me. I thought I had no one on my side but Jackie made sure she cleared the air with letting me know, I have people that know what they’re doing and to not give up. I’m so head strong on giving up but she assured me to keep on going, and was so nice about it. Thank you Jackie, you need a raise, I promise you that without people like you, the world is doomed, I can’t wait to meet the rest of the team.
