THIS LAW GROUP IS HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE HORRIBLE. THEY CREATE PRESSURED SITUATIONS FOR THEM SELVES THEN CAN'T TAKE THE PRESSURE OF THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR NONSENSE. YOU WILL BE WAITING FOREVER ANDVA DAY FOR YOUR SETTLEMENT EVEN THOUGH ITS AVAILABLE. THEY ARE ARROGANT AND SOMEWHAT UNKNOWABLE ON VARIOUS THINGS. THEIR ' PROTOCOLS AREN'T CONSUMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. THIS LAW GROUP WILL SOONER THAN THEY BELIEVE GET PENALIZED FOR THEIR OWN PRACTICE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER LAW FIRMS TO CHOOSE MAKE THIS ONE YOU DO NOT.

You know I had high hopes for this firm.. They took on my case knowingly it was an 8 car impact involving 2 commercial trucks. These people waited months after they have sent me to physical therapy on a FRIDAY to tell me they dropping my case. Like you guys read the police report, yes nobody was issued a citation but I was a victim and they did not fight for me at all. THEY JUST GAVE UP BC IT WAS TO MUCH HOMEWORK FOR THEM. YEA IT WAS GONE COST BUT IM PRETTY SURE THE OUTCOME WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT.. IM SO FRUSTRATED BC I COULD HAVE HAD SOMEBODY ELSE ON THIS CASE. IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS I REALLY WOULD BC YOU GUYS FAILED ME SERIOUSLY. WE GO TO LAWYERS FOR HELP..IF YOU KNEW YOU COULD NOT HELP ME WHY EVEN CONSIDER THE CASE AT ALL.. I HONESTLY WANT TO GO TO THE NEWS ABOUT THIS BECAUSE BEING IN GEORGIA YOU GET NO JUSTICE PERIOD I ONLY HAD MY CAR FOR 3 MONTHS AND you mean to tell me I have to walk away... I WORKED HARD FOR MY CAR AND NOW I CANT WORK DONT HAVE TRANSPORTATION OUT ON FMLA NO MONEY NO ANYTHING IM A SINGLE MOM OF TWO AND YOU PEOPLE JUST REALLY MADE IT EVEN HARDER FOR ME.. IM PRETTY SURE MOST OF YOU PEOPLE HAVE CHILDREN BUT I BET YALL KIDS NOT GOING WITHOUT. THEY TELL LIES THEY SELL YOU DREAMS... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO NO ONE...

I've been waiting a month for "my check to arrived". The service in the beginning was great but the past 6 weeks, between the receptionist, the accountant, and being talked over by my current account manager, I am not happy with the service. I definitely won't hire them again or refer them.

These people are Horrible they never call me back they are always away from the desk they never have any information about my case the lady who was working on my case didn’t even know that my son was in the car when the accident happened they never helped me they are absolutely horrible please pick any other law office unless you wanna get the run around

My experiences with the law firm of lawyer Sanders is exactly great had a great experience with this law firm they do great work an are good lawyers communication they gets the job done thumps up an koodos to you guys at J Sanders law firm

You never hear from the office about your case no matter how many times you call and ask for someone to call and update you. 80% of the time when you call to speak to the person handling your case, they say hold on and transfer you to a voicemail in which I'm guessing never get listened to because no one ever returns calls. When a blue moon comes, I get to speak to someone who's thorough, but not the person who's handling my case

Based off of the reviews it sounds like I should ask for my case to be switched to Elizabeth because the young ones Ayushi and Cynthia are not good at communicating. Maybe because my case is not “big enough” so they give them to the ones just starting out. I don’t really know but my experience with this firm makes me wish I had gone to a firm more professional. I’m the one having to constantly follow up. Calls, emails and messages go unreturned and no matter what time of the day I call the Receptionist always has a tone that suggests she doesn’t like her job. It is really sad and embarrassing when one tries to support their “culture” and receive unprofessional treatment. Then they wonder why. It’s quite disturbing to say the least.

My experience with Attorney Sanders law firm was commendable. I worked with Elizabeth, Steven and Candice and they are very professional. Elizabeth was my main contact and she was very prompt, cordial, friendly and professional. She kept me informed as needed. Each time that I contacted her she was always accommodating. I recommend this firm to everyone needing an Attorney. The law firm is Amazing.

Elizabeth was great. I know for sure I called almost every other week, she would always be there to answer my questions in a timely manner. The reason i gave 4 stars was because I had at least 3 or 4 attorneys that took over my case was confused at times. But overall great job.
