I would like Karesia as my case manager. She was amazing from the beginning til end. as well as Candice and Paula for their services. Mr Sanders took time out of his day away from the office while with his kids to speak with me and I thought that was really generous of him

I was welcomed upon entering the offices and my representative Karesia was very helpful and assisted me with class.

My case hasn’t been settled yet but I choose to be optimistic! They took my case in Nov 2018. I transferred my case from another firm and gave it to J.Sanders. I have been given the run around as well but when I confronted them about it they were up front and took responsibility and apologetically told me where things went wrong. They also vowed that my case would not be put to the side again. So for this I will remain hopeful and respectfully understand that everything has imperfections. My accident didn’t break bones but it has altered my life. Because of my injury I can’t work in the industry that I’ve worked for years. I’m a single mother of five changing her career because of an car accident. My stress has turned into anxiety and My case manger Candice has been very patient with my impatience to say the least. So yea guys Imma look at the sunny sky and remain hopeful. I’ll come back and update once everything is done. This will be an honest review. See ya soon and remember #GobeGreat
