My case got passed around the office. The staff is very unprofessional. They cut you off when speaking. They hang up on you. The worst part is they don't listen. They just do whatever they want and ignore what you have asked them to do. I am very disappointed. I wish they would have just told me they couldn't do a good job. They wasted my time. Julian seems to be the only one who cares about client satisfaction but he is very hard to get on the phone. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My family was in an accident in October 2016 we have not heard from his office once. Everytime I call they say a case manager will call back not once has anyone called back. And of course the insurance company won't talk to you because your "represented by an attorney" NEVER AGAIN!!

He's a crook and not to be messed with. I've had my case with him for 2yrs now. He steals the money and keeps it for himself and claims he's waiting on the insurance. He's a scammer! If I were you I'd stay away from him and his firm

I honestly didn't think it would take as long as it did but Mr. Sanders and his associates were very helpful. In the duration of my case the person handling my case changed like 4 times but each woman was very informative when I called about questions. I thank Mr. Sanders and associates for their help.

I don't really think that they have good service I got into an car accident with two of my friends in 2015 we got hit from the back all of us was actually hurt not that bad but a couple of knots and bruises still till this day my back be in pain and we been waiting on our money since he tells you that he can get you an reasonable amount back so he got 1 girl 8 thousand and the other 9 thousand they just getting the money January 2017 I still haven't even received mines though it's February now and every time I call they keep saying the same thing which they was giving all of us the run around for along time still giving me one still till this day but a couple people I know told me he the type to try and pocket your money and takes forever before you actually do receive your money I shouldn't have to keep calling every week to hear the same thing about my money and I had/have Medicaid it shouldn't be no way that I'm still here waiting on my money
