Where can I start with this firm 😒 I’ve been trying to contact Vernon plenty of times about my case!!! All I want to know is what is going on with my case! I’ve called customer care and still no answer😖 I finished going to the chiropractor in March ! All I be heard since then is that Vernon was waiting on my medical records 😡 This is very unprofessional and unpleasant the fact that I can’t get any information about my case! At this point I’m looking for a better lawyer! That’s cares about people and their concerns and etc. 🤦🏽‍♀️

My experience with Dimmock & Associates started off a little rocky. I had no idea that in January of 2022 when they took on my case they where actually under construction. I started to worry because I didn't receive call backs or follow ups or anything for some weeks. Some months went by and that's when Miss Crystal was assigned to my case and she explained what was going on as far as the construction of the company which made me feel at ease and a lot better. I gave her as much time as she needed knowing that she was swamped with cases and she was doing everything that she could to help me. Some more time passed and it seemed like things where starting to slow down again but it was not Miss Crystal or anything to do with Dimmock & Associates it was actually the doctors, hospital's, and therapy office that was taking so long to get back to them. So no matter what my case could not move forward without them and they take forever. Miss Crystal did everything she could to help me and I am very grateful all they need is time because it's really not them that's holding up the process it's the doctors offices. With my patience and Miss Crystal on my case I was able to receive the Max. Yes Miss Crystal with Dimmock & Associates got me the Max so before you give up on them just give them some time to do what they do best and Im pretty sure that you would get the Max too.

We hired them as we heard them on the radio. FIRST MISTAKE There is no way if you advertise on the radio you can attentively accommodate and provide the best possible customer service and yield the best and fair settlement. We hired them last June 2022 finished treatment may Jan 2023. Maybe around April our rep kept saying he is sending this to the insurance company, waiting for that from med, etc. We had scheduled follow ups every two weeks since about April. Why am I the one who keeps having to call to follow up if its on your calendar. The customer service rep we have(won't say his name) is horrible at follow up. Every time we talk to this guy, he tells us something different than the time before. Two weeks ago...All of this just to get back a low ball offer of $552.00 Are you kidding me? The insurance companies already know they handle a lot of people otherwise they wouldn't send back such a slap in the face offer. I have had a least two other car accidents in my life and I have never been insulted like this. I honestly didn't expect anything less than $10,000. Now he wants me to do a victim impact statement. Huh? I'm telling you do not use any of these lawyers that advertise on the radio. Use your local lawyer that is not advertising at least then they will be able to be more attentive to your needs and work more closely with you. Its a more personable experience. I would honestly which to a local lawyer now but don't want to risk this current one charging outrageous fees for work that hasn't been done on their part.
