I am extremely pleased with this firm. $76,000 in only eight months. They aggressively negotiated my bills down with my doctor in the hospital. I walked away with $43,000 and can’t thank these people enough. Why anyone would pay more than 25% is beyond me. If I can give it no stars I would. I've been trying to reach crystal for a whole month and still no response. I left messages with the receptionist, emails and VM, still nothing. I shouldn't have to go through this especially when initially she was very proactive and professional. Now it's like she fell from the face of this earth.
