Adriauna made the entire process with Gunn Law Group simple and informative. She explained every step of the process and kept me well informed. I highly recommend them to anyone who has just suffered a car accident! The process also seemed to move along swiftly without any delays.

It’s been over a year! And every time we call or email , it takes either a month or two before we ever receive a response. I feel like I’m getting scammed. I was served papers from the sheriff this morning from bills not paid that I have no control over. The only people that you can talk to when you call is the person at the front desk. Very very poor customer service and I’m regretting every minute of calling them to get them to help me with my case. I have been trying to reach my case worker and my lawyer for over a month and no response at all. How can I get in touch with them over a phone call or in person???

Very effective and communication was precise. I was very anxious about my first and steep ticket but Mr. Kimbrel was very professional and handled mostly everything for me. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone fighting a speeding ticket. Very polite and worth your business! Could not be happier with the result of his work!

Have never needed an attorney before but have a pending case because I forgot to pay a ticket so I called to ask some questions. After speaking for a few minutes it was determined I actually do not need an attorney and can resolve through other means which were relayed to me. Excellent way to do business. If I ever need someone in the future for traffic court, I’ll check here first.

Very professional/ helpful staff

My accident occurred on 01/15/22. This law firm doesn't contact you in a timely fashion. I haven't signed any settlement papers but I am showing on the insurance carrier's claim website that a check number was issued to Dimmock & Associates on 01/19/23. Also the amount doesn't match what the case manager stated the insurance carrier's final offer. I tried to contact someone and I am getting the run around.

They did exactly what they promised and I’m ecstatic! Excellent customer service. Happy customer.

Me and my hubby got into a car accident last year and luckily we both walked away without life threatening  injuries. We did have to go through a few weeks of medical treatment for the neck and back pain we had. All throughout the process our case manager was great. Glad we are using My 25. Looking forward to closing out our case.
