I was in a car accident two years ago, literally. August 21st I get contacted about my case by Imani L that it's been resolved. Easy to reach easy to get in contact with. Once I signed the documents saying I agreed to rhe settlement she's been m.i.a. won't respond to my emails or return my calls. Last thing she said was we had to wait for the company to print out the check. Then I get another email asking for my direct deposit information. That was over a week ago. Still haven't received my funds. Still haven't been responded to. There's no number to speak to a supervisor or someone of hire authority. So where's my money???

I am not satisfied with the customer service with this company… My rep told me I would hear from her every two weeks she went on vacation and I never even got notification my settlement had been finalized and i didn't even get a call about it. I have been calling in the phone just goes to vm like how many messages do i leave before i get a call back just very unhappy with my service.

Went with them because of the commercial on the radio, just to find out the commercial is cap and it's paid actors. Because I was not treated good at all. It was a hectic experience
