I’m not Happy.Switched my attorney 2 different times still poor communication. Haven’t heard from Eden J or Niesha S in over a month. It’s almost impossible to get in contact with my attorney. I left over 20 messages calling headquarters and all but I have still yet to recieve a simple email or call back…

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE with communication!!!!! Can never get a return phone call or email, literally weeks and months with no communication. I would recommend going elsewhere!
Update: I’m very accurate & truthful about my review. You all should practice the same. I have evidence of everything I stated, weeks & months with NO Response & No Reply. To say someone talked to me 20+ times is an absolute LIE!!!!!!! I can provide phone records & emails, you all can’t!

I came to them in 2022. My car was totaled and I was out of work for nearly 4 weeks. I believe I got everything I was entitled to. Even though they filed suit and went to court, they still only charged me 25% plus $199 admin fee. Quite pleased with their service and my results.

This was my first accident. I chose the 25 law firm because nearly every firm I talked to told me NOT to use them - they’re horrible, they don’t get you the most money, they’re cheap for a reason. Something just did not sit well with me. I chose them and turned it over to God. He has never let me down and neither did they. Best decision I’ve ever made! Thank you.

I had the worst experience with them. I'm still having a hard time they don't treat their clients right. They only settled have of my case and I really regret even dealing with them. I'm still having complications from my accident and the stress from these people. ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO COME OFF MY CASE AND SEND OVER THE CORRECT PAPERWORK. DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE PAY 33% IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RIGHT. MY 25% IS JUST WHAT THEY SAY BECAUSE THEY ONLY DO 25% OF WORK!!!!!!

25% Lawyer and staff are wonderful and always ready to do anything they can to help. The paralegal explained what to expect in court and what needed to be done before hand.
