Mr Summers is a fantastic Lawyer and very kind. He listened intently to everything I said each time we spoke. He went out of his way to meet with me, talk over the phone and email me to stay in contact with me during my case. I appreciated him talking about my case to me on my level and in terms I could understand. He always made sure I understood what was going on with my case and a time frame things would take place. When we came to Mr. Summers another lawyer was handling my slip and fall case FOR 5 YEARS. The paperwork associated with our case was a mess and the previous atty. had given up on our case.
