During the course of my 13 month ordeal, Mr. Middlebrooks also found that my payments had been running behind by 1 week for over 6 months straight, resulting in a rather large late fee check for me. Most impressive, was the ability and ease of contact with him or his staff. I almost never had to await a call back, unlike most attorneys which take messages and leave you waiting for several days.
