Lack of communication and customer service is horrible! I regret I ever referred anyone. Someone just called me back today after leaving messages for whole month. My case still NOT settled and now as of today have to submit more paperwork and documentation that should of been handled and to also mention included in my offer for negotiations. My loss of wages was never included but I was told in August it was and ALL my paperwork was sent the first week in August this year. My last session for my therapy for my shoulder and back was in July. The car accident happened in May of this year so EVERYONE please do the math and time frame on this one! This doesn't feel great at ALL! Not to mention I'm NOW back in pain. I never will again deal with this office.

My case was handled amazingly from negotiating for the best settlement to the outstanding customer service I received! Someone from the law firm was in constant contact with me to check on me while I was going through physical therapy and to update me on the progress of my case once my case moved to the next level. I never had to worry about anything or ask for updates. Highly recommended!
