Man i am about two seconds from having to declare bankruptcy due to stacking medical bills from my case that happened almost a year ago. I never hear from them always get the run around and im just soo soo soo tired... Absolutely no communication unless i call I just wanted help...would have been able to get everything settled had i done this myself

Straight to the point- Would I use them again? absolutely. Hope I don't have to but if need be I will call them first.
Keep in mind that if they are trying to settle your case its not going to be done in a week, or a month. It takes time. So, if you call expecting results and something to happen before that, they wont have an answer.
