They are the worst I wish I would have read reviews on this company they should band them They never answered phones, they don’t get you any money back, like a total rip off

I have been trying to reach someone for three weeks about my case very poor communication. No call backs but meanwhile I'm only speaking with an answering service that unprofessional also

Horrible experience! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO NOBODY!!! Its horrible how this people that call themself professional don't even care about nothing about what happened to you instead they robbed your money because when you go to pick up your check if you don't asked for everything they did with your case, you wouldn't never know they just took money out of the insurance because they never show you how much the insurance gave them plus they give you amount of money that the insurance give to you and from there they will still take the 40% or 20% not sure and you keep owing money from the places they told to go to get better, because they dont pay them the exact amount of money that those clinics are asking for. I have no idea what type of lawyers are these. In my case they promised me that I should been receiving at least $30,000 even in the insurance company they were demanding that amount of money . In my case i lost the car ( total lost ) and it wasn't my fault, from their calculations I was getting $6,747 but I still have to been paying all those clinics because there will be money missing so what I'm actually getting is $ 2,365.

Great experience overall, a little lacking on communication over the course of the case, but I understand the workload and how hectic things can be.

The staff at Michael Carestia office was nothing but above friendly and response time was fast and substantial. If I ever have another incident I will return my services to Michael Carestia and his excellent staff.
