Being out of state I was nervous but Attorney Mike Carestia handled all my questions and concerns like he was right around the corner. He was always communicative and honest, in the process of my case and settlement. Never no worries. Reccomend him highly.

This office was recommended to me by someone at my county’s tow yard and I trusted them to work two cases for me at the same time because I was involved in 2 accidents back to back basically, not faulted at either, but I only received 70% of my cars worth. According to them they can’t do anything about that. Ok cool here we are 6 and 7mos later and nothing. They lack communication and they take so many cases that they can’t focus and treat your case with care. The second accident I was in my coworker was with me and her lawyer is about to settle her out seeing as though the insurance company accepted full liability the same week it happened and here I am can’t even speak with my lawyer. They’ve lied. They have a freaking contracted answering service for god sakes you can’t even reach them frfr! At this point if they don’t have good news for me (waiting for a call back) I will be dropping them and seeking someone who can actually treat my case with care! P.S. IF YOU ALL ARE OVERWHELMED STOP TAKING CASES!
