There should honestly be something less than a 1-star. This firm doesn’t even deserve a half star. Everything Is fantastic until you sign the contract. This firm LITERALLY does NOT care about its clients. After my car accident and I finished treatment, I ddnt get a single “how are you” phone call. At all. Once I brought this up the response from the firm was “well that’s what doctors are for, we are focusing on your case”. Aka. “We do not care that you were actually in a car accident and are in pain in result. We are just worried about your case, not the person”. They also do not consult you before they do things and ignore specific requests that you make. I was involved in my first car accident and choosing this law firm was the worst mistake that I’ve made since. I advise anyone reading this to not make the same mistake I did by choosing this AWFUL law firm.

Ive been lied to so much by them its ridiculous. They said i should recieve my check by March first lets see if that really happens.😂 ive never spoke to my lawyer not once. The lady who was handling my case (De’era) ended up quitting or getting fired no one told me until i called back three weeks later after they said i should recieve my check then. I honestly think they are letting my case sit.its way too late for me to look into a new lawyer. Its been almost a yr.some of the blame is on me I should’ve looked at the reviews instead of trying to support a black business. Speaking of business I’ve lost so much money due to me not having money to get a new car.my nail salon is mobile in atl @saditycitynails and i have lost so much money its like im not making a huge profit now. Just disappointed but not shocked .

Most of these comments are very true they also settled my case without confirming with me then I was promised from the lawyer himself a amount and I didn’t receive that amount and they took the money and put it an a so called trust account to hold for medical bills so they claim...

The firm is second to none. I will personally give my stamp of approval on the Law office of Michael P. Carestia. Let me share a short story. I was injured in a car accident on I-285. I was down at Grady Hospital. My fiance called Micheal and he stopped what he was doing and sent a representative from his office to Grady Hospital. Now if that is not a good Lawyer then what is a good Lawyer. Thank you Michael for all you have done for me and my friends.

I have been a client since April of 2016. 2 years later Nothing has been done. My phone calls and emails go unanswered. Any time I call I am given a new case worker and told the same story. “Your case is in litigation” when I ask what that means I am told “It’s litigation” . I am always told someone will call me back, and it NEVER happens. I would never recommend Mr. Carestia office to anyone.

Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly. Beware of ignorant people outside the building. Aside from it I definitely recommend The Law Office of Michael P Carestia.

I am having a terrible experience with this law firm. I wish I would have read the reviews before hiriing them😤 This law firm is EXTREMELY unprofessional, they NEVER return any calls and the WORST thing is even the receptionist LIES and tries to cover for them because they're NOT doing their job. I have never dealt with a company like this. If you are planning to hire them PLEASE 😩PLEASE reconsider you WILL NOT be satisfied.
